In order to qualify for one of our rentals, the following criteria must be met:

• Household income must be 3 times the amount of rent. (Example-Rent is $1000/month, income needs to be $3000/month)
• Employment of a year or more at my current job. Career changes and re-locations are taken into consideration. 
• No prior evictions, or court cases involving late rent (FTPR).
• No major criminal background, such as felony convictions, major misdemeanors such as destruction of property, assault, theft etc. 
• Credit scores of at least 550-600, depending on the property.
